Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Access wristband must be carried on each visit to the club. Members can obtain a replacement
wristband if an access wristband is lost or stolen. Replacement wristbands are available from the
reception for a fee of AED 100.
Due to the multicultural nature of Fitness 101, all changing room users are requested to respect
laws and customs with regards to the Etiquette. Club members are required to wear proper fitness
attire at all times when exercising. The use of mobile phones with camera features or any other
type of visual recorder in the changing rooms is strictly prohibited.
Lockers will be cleared daily. Lost property will be kept for 2 weeks after which Fitness 101 will
dispose of the items in any way it sees fit. No claims will be entertained after this period.
Fitness 101 accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to contents kept in lockers for any reason
whatsoever.
I participate in the activities at Fitness 101 premises at my sole risk and responsibility. I assume the
risk of and responsibility for any injury, death or property damage resulting from my participation in
the activity.
If you are unsure about the usage of any particular machine, please ask our trainers for advice or
guidance on its use. The gym shall not be liable for any injuries as a result of the member's misuse
of gym equipment.
I understand that martial arts are "contact sports" even in controlled environments and I do not
expect nor require that the instructors or personnel be focused on my particular participation while
I am in a (group) class & understand that there is no guarantee that an accident may not occur
whereby I may be struck with arms, feet or body.
I hereby confirm that this release is intended to discharge in advance Fitness 101 and all partners,
officers, employees and members from any liability arising out of or connected in any way with my
participation in related physical activities even though liability may arise out of negligence or
careless on the part of the entities mentioned above.
Fitness 101 reserves the right to photograph and/or video any aspect of the facility, including any
class, general exercising and personal training, and this footage/photos may be made publicly
available, such as Online Social Media sites, printed materials or advertisements for the facility. By
joining Fitness 101, you agree that Fitness 101 can use such photos in which members may feature in
either the foreground or background.
Fitness 101 reserves the right to revoke the rights of members not complying with the terms and
conditions of the membership
Fitness 101 reserves the right to periodically review the prices, charges and fees and implement
these accordingly.
Fitness 101 reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions to improve the operation of the
gym and its facilities.
HEALTH DECLARATION
I acknowledge that the activities I undertake at the Fitness 101 carry certain risks to my health.
I recognise that fitness instructors are not able to provide medical advice regarding my fitness and that
the information provided above is used only as a guide to determine the limitations of my ability to exercise.
I assume the risk of and the responsibility for any injury, illness, death or property damage resulting from
my participation in any activities at the IGO Fitness 101 Centre.
In consideration of Fitness 101 allowing me to participate in any activity or to use the facilities and equipment of Fitness 101, I agree to:
release Finess 101, its officers, employees and agents from liability for any property damage, illness, personal injury or death incurred or suffered by me in connection with my participation in such activities or my use of such facilities and equipment; and
indemnify Finess 101, its officers, employees and agents from and against all losses, damages, claims and expenses (including legal costs) incurred or suffered by them that are caused by me in connection with my participation in such activities or my use of such facilities and equipment, except to the extent that the liability, losses, damages, claims and expenses referred to in (a) and (b) are directly caused by the negligence of Fitness 101, its officers, employees and agents.
